In 2003, Tsujita originated in Tokyo, Japan, and has since flourished into a network of 18 distinctive locations throughout the country. In 2011, Tsujita LA marked a significant milestone as the inaugural American establishment under the Tsujita umbrella. Known for serving the Best Tsukemen in US, our American presence has expanded to encompass six thriving locations across Los Angeles, New Jersey, and Houston. At Tsujita Artisan Noodle, we reflect our commitment to continuous growth and providing exceptional culinary experiences.
